- Standard shipping for Gift Hampers is at a flat rate of $19 per Hamper.
- Local delivery is a flat rate of $10, free local delivery on all orders $100 & over.

Woven Lane aims to ship all orders purchased online within 2 business days. This time may be longer during busy periods. Shipping times are location dependent and are estimated to be between 2 – 10 business days. However, we advise that you please allow up to 10 days for all deliveries.
Delivery time may be affected due to factors beyond our control, once we have handed your parcel for delivery with Australia Post we have no control over delivery date. Please allow extra time for your order during busy retail periods (eg Christmas time, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Valentine’s Day).
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or locked bags. If you place an order with one of these as your delivery address you will be contacted to provide a different address. If you are unable to do so, Woven Lane reserves the right to cancel your order.
All items are shipped from Ballarat.
FAQ's
If you are within the local Ballarat area one of our lovely staff will hand deliver your order. All other online orders placed outside of that are shipped using Australia Post.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please contact us if you have any problems with your online order.
Woven Lane delivers Australia wide, offering next day delivery within the local Ballarat area.
Local deliveries are currently not available on a Sunday or public holidays, we do however offer Saturday deliveries between 9am-3pm if ordered before 6pm the day before.
(Please note that you cannot choose the delivery time for your hamper/parcel to be delivered. If you need a specific time please email us at [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate if possible.)
Orders placed for shipping are not available for delivery on weekends or public holidays.
Australia Post usually provide the authority to leave your products at your recipient’s address or a safe place (under the roof if possible) if unattended. If the delivery is not able to be left with any person, a card will be left to collect the parcel from their local post office/agent or redelivery can be arranged at an additional charge to the buyer.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that providing incorrect details or failing to amend incorrect details within a timely manner may result in the goods being incorrectly delivered, undelivered or additional amounts to the fee (such as delivery fees by the courier to redirect).
Woven Lane will not be liable for acting with reliance on any incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Woven Lane accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception, concierge, security personnel or other third party that results in the order not being delivered directly to the intended recipient.
UNATTENDED DELIVERIES -If you have selected “leave in safe place if not home” Woven Lane accepts no responsibility if the hamper or parcels are damaged by extreme weather conditions, suffered from third party interference (via dogs, children or theft)

Delivery of alcohol
Liquor licensing states: That in order to send alcohol, it must be accompanied by flowers, plants or gifts.
Orders including alcohol, will NOT be left unattended when being delivered, a recipient MUST be on location to receive the order.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a person of 18 years or over will be present to receive the order. Woven Lane will not deliver an order with alcohol to anyone under 18 years (if redelivery is required due to this, redelivery fees will apply). You must be over 18 years of age to use this website to purchase any alcoholic products.
Note: In this Shipping information & Terms and Conditions:
‘Courier’ means Australia Post or another third-party courier elected by the Supplier in their sole discretion to provide the Services;
‘Customer’ means the person ordering the Goods and/or Services from the Supplier;
‘Fee’ means the fee payable by the Customer for the Goods and/or (where the situation permits) Services; ‘Goods’ means any goods available for purchase by the Supplier;
‘Local Area’ means an area within a 10 kilometre radius of the Ballarat Central post code of 3350
‘Recipient’ means the recipient nominated by the Customer to whom the Goods and/or Services may be provided to regardless of whether they are the Customer;
‘Services’ means the supply of prepared gift hampers and other goods (if any) to the Customer or Recipient by the Supplier either via delivery by a Courier or by the Supplier depending on the circumstances set out in our Terms and Conditions;
‘Supplier’ means Lariesha Ann Beare (ABN 75 472 585 255) trading as Woven Lane; and ‘Terms and Conditions’ means these Terms and Conditions together with any document exchanged between the parties in relation to the Goods and Services.
‘Shop’ means all products within our online shop, not including Gift Hampers.
