A riff on the classic Paloma cocktail born in the Mexican town of Tequila, Jalisco in the 1950s, the Palomita (Spanish for ‘little dove’) marries tequila, grapefruit and sparkling wine, finished with a sprinkle of salt.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoy ice cold from the bottle, or in a tall glass with ice and a slice of fresh lime.
